masih terserlah manismu....

Sorry, tapi aku still nak berlagak...
Abg Gerrard selaku kapten marvel yg baju merah tuh nampak kool jek. Mungkin sbab dah tau konpom menang kot...
Beberapa babak perlawanan ari tuh yg memang dikuasai oleh rumah merah...Penjaga gawang rumah merah duk lepak jek minum nescafe tarik pasal takde shot on goal langsung. Bebudak biru tengah tumpul kot...
Eh eh.. nape peluk2 gembira nih? Nape2? Oh.... rumah biru dah bolos rupanya. Bolos? Pertahanan diaorang sembang ke? Dengar kata yg rumah biru hebat sampai 3 musim tak pernah kalah tempat sendiri. Skarang dah kalah maknanya dah tak hebat la kot..
Rupa2nya inilah dia budak yg hebat sgt tuh. Ala yg sepak sampai gegar dan bocor gawang rumah biru tuh la. Xabi Alonso rasa namanya. Nasib baik tak gi Juve ogos lepas. Tapi, bukan Alonso tuh racing kete ngan Hamilton ke? Patut la laju berdesup...
La... awat pakcik nih muka kelat jek? Dah takde idea kot?
Ini sape plak? Klu nak tau diala man of the match mlm tuh. Carra. Diala yg takutkan penyerang2 rumah biru sampai ketarq kpala lutut... kah kah kah...

ps: sorry utk penyokong chelsea. aku post entry nih utk aku. takde niat nak mengata cuma nak berbangga je....harap2 semuanya berkekalan. jap lagi nak lawan portsmouth. aku nak tido dulu....

kete pancit aku pon pancit....

Gambar2 adik beradik aku yg bergotong royong cuba membukak tayar.
Gambar tayar pancit dan gambar hod kete aku yg cedera akibat terbabom masa blik raya itu hari.
Petronas Jln Ampang.
Ini cerita malam smalam. Malam smalam aku bercadang nak gi lepak umah abg aku kat PJ.
Aku lajakkan sket sampai petrol pam Petronas dpan Risda. Cek2 memang sah pancit. Tayar belah depan kiri. 3 terbukak tapi yg satu last nih cam loose je. Arghhh.... sudah. Apahal plak nih? Aku pon capai fon dan call abg ipar aku.
Tak lama pas tuh dia dtg ngan adik aku. Maka bermulalah proses mennyentap tayar kete tuh supaya kuar. Susah nak mampos.
Takpelah, pengalaman...

kelmarin

Kelmarin ku tanya apakah salahku?
Dan jawabnya diam saja
Kelmarin ku tanya apakah kau rindu?
Dan jawabnya hanyalah pandangan hampa

Ku kira ada yang keliru
Sampai tak ada cara mengungkapkannya
Aku tak apa
Yang ringan saja

Kelmarin ku tanya apakah kau rindu?
Dan jawabnya hanyalah pandangan hampa
Dan kelmarin ku lihat gambar bekas pacarmu
Terpasang lagi jadi lukisan
Eh terserah kalau masalahnya cuma itu
Simpan saja buat arkibmu sendiri

Aku tak apa
Yang ringan saja

Jika begini jalan akhirnya
Tak perlu lagi aku berada
Jika begini namanya cinta
Biar ku cari yang lain saja

ps: aku sedih... takde mood nak wat entry...lirik lagu nih yg paling dkat dgn perasaan aku skarang...

Pressure Test

I wonder whether it is true!!!! Attached are non-animated pictures. They are used to relate to your pressure level . If you see them moving , then that means you have pressure. The speed of the movement is the level of your pressure. The higher that moving speed, the higher pressure you have.

Most chidren and old men only see static pictures and not moving. If
you see the pattern moving in a slow motion, that means you have a bit pressure at this moment .

Test yourself reqularly with these pictures to know yourself better. :
Sometimes, it is good to have an appropriate pressure to push us to do better, but too much pressure can push us to the end of the edge resulting in sickness.

Please calm yourself if you see those patterns moving fast....

15. Apabila seseorang perempuan mengandung janin dalam rahimnya, maka beristighfarlah para malaikat untuknya Allah SWT mencatatkan baginya setiap hari dengan 1,000 kebajikan dan menghapuskan darinya 1,000 kejahatan.

16. Apabila seseorang perempuan mulai sakit hendak bersalin, maka Allah SWT mencatatkan baginya pahala orang yang berjihad pada jalan Allah.

17. Apabila seseorang perempuan melahirkan anak, keluarlah dia dari dosa-dosa seperti keadaan ibunya melahirkannya.

Adoption Law in Malaysia

Adoption is a legal way for an adult single person or a married couple to become the legal parents of a child. Paying money to adopt a child is a criminal offence.

Adoption can be done through the National Registration Department [Registration Of Adoption Act 1952 (ACT 253)] or through the Court [Adoption Act 1952 (ACT 257].

1. The child to be adopted

A child must be under the age of 18.

2. Who can adopt.

The person who is adopting must be

· at least 25 years old and is not less than 21 years older than the infant but this latter requirement may be waived by the court if adopter is a relative or a mother of the child.
· jointly by a husband and wife.
· a widow or widower or an unmarried or divorced person, with the consent of the Minister of Health and Welfare.
· a person who married the natural parent of the child..
· The child was under the care of the adoptor for at least three months prior to the adoption.
· The child is ordinarily resident in Malaysia

Note: a sole adopter who is a male cannot adopt a female child, unless special circumstances exist

3. Procedure for adoption –

A. Adoption Act 1952 (ACT 257).

i. An application may be made to the High Court or Sessions court in the prescribed form.

ii. With the consent from the natural parents for adoption.

The consent of the parents can be dispensed with by the court

· where the parent or guardian has not fulfilled his natural or legal duties towards the child by abandoning, neglecting or ill treating him/her or
· where the parent or guardian cannot be found or is incapable of giving any consent or where the consent is unreasonably withheld

iii. Pending adoption order the court will appoint a guardian ad litem to safeguard the interest of the child.

iv. Once the guardian ad litem is appointed, the court will fix a time for hearing of the application.

v. An adoption order will be, made by the court only if:

· it is satisfied that the consent of the parent or guardian of the child or the person liable to contribute to the support of the child has been obtained
· that the adoption is in the best interest of the child.

B. De facto adoption.

De facto means "existing in fact, whether legally recognized or not". Under De facto adoption the child is being raised, supported and educated by any person or husband & wife as their child.

Registration of de facto adoption can be made if

· the child is under the age of 18 and is not married;
· is in the custody of and is being brought up by the applicant;
· maintained and educated by the person for a period not less than 2 years before the application

i. Registration through the Registration Department - Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara. Registration Of Adoption Act 1952

Note: Although "The Registration of Adoptions Act 1952" provides for the registration of De facto adoptions. By virtue of the registration of the adoption, the adopted child does not acquire the status of a lawful child.

Complete Form JPN.AA02 and submit with the following documents:-

· Birth certificate of the child;
· Statutory Consent by the natural parents or mother if the child is illegitimate (If there is no consent for adoption from the natural parents or mother if the child is illegitimate then the case will be referred to the Social Welfare Department for approval)
· Marriage Certificate of the Adoptive Parents
· Birth certificate of the other children
· Other Adoption Certificate (if any)

A fee of RM30.00 for processing is required.

ii. Any person who has De facto adoption of the child can apply to the court to adopt the child - Section 8 Adoption Act 1952 (ACT 257)

In this instance the court can make an order
o notwithstanding that the child is female and the applicant is male
o without requiring the consent of any natural or guardian of the child being obtained
o the court is satisfied that in all circumstances it is just and equitable for the welfare of the child concerned.

If a child is adopted this way the child is legally adopted and acquires the status of a lawful child.

Liverpool 3-2 Wigan

Dirk Kuyt's scissor-kick sealed the wiin for Liverpool
Dirk Kuyt scored twice as Liverpool came from behind to beat Wigan

Dirk Kuyt's scissor-kick five minutes from time gave Liverpool all three points against 10-man Wigan in a pulsating game at Anfield.

Amr Zaki gave the visitors the lead after a mistake from Daniel Agger, but Kuyt fired Liverpool level.

On the stroke of half-time Zaki scored a spectacular overhead-kick to restore Wigan's lead, before Antonio Valencia was sent-off for two bookable offences.

The home side hit back through Albert Riera, before Kuyt's late winner.

The result is harsh on a Wigan side who, until Valencia's sending off, looked good value for at least a point.

Wigan played with great confidence and, with the inspirational Zaki up front, they always looked as though they would cause Liverpool problems.

Even without the injured Emile Heskey, missing with a back injury, Liverpool struggled to cope with Wigan's movement, pace and greater desire.

In contrast Liverpool, missing striker Fernando Torres, appeared disjointed and failed to put any meaningful attacks together.

Olivier Kapo, playing in a front three alongside Zaki and Daniel de Ridder, was the first to test Pepe Reina as his low left-foot shot was turned away by the Liverpool goalkeeper.

Robbie Keane curled wide as Liverpool started to feel their way into the game, but a minute later Zaki gave his side the lead after a horrendous error by Agger.

The Danish defender received the ball from Reina on the edge of his own area, but he was far too casual in possession and the Egyptian striker was on hand to rob the ball before coolly slotting it home.

However, Agger made amends 10 minutes later as he drove forward from defence, exchanged passes with Andrea Dossena and cut the ball back for Kuyt to fire home. Agger berjaya menebus dosanya. Nasib baik gak masuk.

Suddenly the confidence returned to Liverpool's play and Kuyt nearly grabbed a second as he unleashed a rasping shot from 20 yards that Kirkland somehow managed to tip onto the crossbar.

But they were stung on the stroke of half-time as Zaki met Antonio Valencia's cross with a brilliant scissor-kick that gave Reina no chance.

After the break Liverpool started to turn the screw and Lee Cattermole was on hand to clear Daniel Agger's header back across goal with Robbie Keane lurking at the far post.

Kuyt was then denied again by Kirkland from six yards as the home side struggled to break Wigan's resistance.

However, when Valencia was given his marching orders for two bookable offences, the game swung in Liverpool's favour.

The Ecuador international was shown a yellow card for failing to retreat 10 yards as Gerrard lined up a free-kick and just a minute later he was on his way down the tunnel for a reckless tackle on Alonso. Yang pasti ref FA sayangkan Alonso. Kah kah kah.

Liverpool immediately looked to make their man advantage count and Alonso saw his shot from 25 yards deflected wide by Titus Bramble, before Riera drew them level with a right-footed shot from 20 yards.

It was the Spaniard's first goal in a Liverpool shirt, but Liverpool were not done yet.

They sensed victory as Wigan began to tire and Kuyt sealed the win with his fourth goal in three games.

He met Jermaine Pennant's pin-point cross with a flying volley that hit the ground before flying over the despairing dive of Kirkland.
